If you are a licensed real estate broker or agent and know of an owner that needs property management services, please refer them to us and earn a referral fee.

If you refer a property owner to us, you will receive a 10% commission on our monthly base management fees for as long as that owner remains our client.

In accordance with California law, all real estate brokers must pay compensation to another broker except where an agent works for the broker making the payment.
